Daily hairs shed
How many hairs do people who are suffering from 'thinning' lose daily? I've read that it's normal to lose just over 100 hairs daily. I've read elsewhere that healthy individuals who aren't suffering from hair loss lose only 10 a day? So which is true..
Could anyone help give a brief idea of how many hairs an individual who is suffering from hair loss loses daily?
I'm asking this because I'm unsure as to whether or not I'm at the very beginning stages of MPB.. I lose around 100 hairs a day but I never used to shed this much hair.. not that I know of anyway. I wish I paid more attention to my hair in the past because Im not sure if the number of hairs being shed has increased
