You do have pretty high temples, but that could just be how your hairline naturally is formed. How old are you? Have you noticed them getting thinner over the past few months/years? Do you have before/after comparison pictures? Without more info it's impossible to give you a good answer. Easiest thing to do is wait a few months, stay observant, then take pictures at the same angle/light to see if there is a noticeable difference (or find old pictures to compare these to).

ID:	52849I am turning 30 soon. This is a picture from before, taken about 5 years ago, but without my hair pulled back like in the first picture. Do you see a noticable difference?

It looks like there is very little (if any) difference over the 5 years which is really impressive. I don't think you have anything to worry about based on those pictures for now, just keep watching it for any thinning. If you feel like it's beginning to change see a dermatologist as soon as you can, they'd be able to confirm if your hairline was beginning to recede more accurately than anybody here could.

Thank you, that's a relief. I'm just a little bit concerned with the hair around my widow's peak. I had a bump/scar in the front of my head right along the hairline, and the texture of my hair at the widow's peak never felt the same since then. It seems like the hair has become finer and less strong/wavy. It's not visible when my hair is dry, but when it's wet I feel it's very limp. Maybe the follicles were damaged? It's also been 5 years since that happened. Could it ever restore to the way it was before?

If it's been that way for several years I doubt it's possible to restore it back to it's original state, sadly.

Your hairline looks very intact. It's hard to tell from photos if you're thinning behind the hairline.

Is this miniaturization at my hairline, or is it new hair growth? Click image for larger version
