This is difficult. I don't notice any hairline recession from the angle in the photo, but it does look like you've lost some density (which has made a scar become visible). This could be due to one of the infamous Finasteride sheds that can occur after several months of taking the drug. If you do a search for Finasteride shedding you'll find a huge number of people posting about exactly the same experience.
The usual advice is to just wait it out and the shed hairs should return. However (and this is why I said "this is difficult") a small number do find that Finasteride makes their hair worse, so I don't want to advise you to continue taking it with the promise that things will improve, because there is that possibility, however small, that you'll be unlucky.
Bottom line: A period of shedding - making the hair look worse - is a well-documented phenomena associated with Finasteride, so if you do read up on the subject and see how common it is, you might feel a bit better about continuing the treatment.
