Hello! Losing weight is a long and difficult process, especially without training and proper nutrition, I went through the path of losing weight, and I can note a good life hack, weight loss IV drip helped me quite a lot, I lost about 10 kg using this dropper, if you have problems with weight, I recommend to pay attention!

yeah @bbubalex loosing weight is difficult but its difficulty totally depends on the method you approach. personally, I would recommend proper cardio like running or maybe something simple as walking. just an advice for people who don't mind walking, you can try walking to and from work(only advisable if you can walk to your workplace within an hour). walking 2 hours a day 5 times a week will bring you significant changes.
