What should I do next, PLEASE HELP?

I'm very concerned about my hairloss currently taking place at my temples. I'm going to be 20 soon. I have been taking 1mg of finasteride for almost 4 years (my male pattern baldness started at 16, my luck right?) And have been using a custom minoxidil prescription containing 10% minoxidil and 0.2 Finasteride solution along with the 1mg tablet. My male pattern baldness was so aggressive, I'd probably be 90% bald by now if I hadn't tackled it early.

But where do I go from here? As you can see in the pictures, my temples are receding BIG TIME, and it's very worrying. I read some good reports about people adding 0.5mg of dutasteride once a week to their treatment, any thoughts on that? What about PRP? I know it won't grow much back, but do you think in my situation it would be a good thickener? Stemcell? Perhaps increasing my minoxidil up to 12%?
