I am 20. Am I losing my hair?

Since I was 16, I always styled my hair with some hai wax right after I had a shower. That way hair wouldn't seem to fall, cause they were tusck together. And while i was showering I never looked for hair falling on the tub, or staying on my hands. So for 4 years (I am 20 now) I never saw a hair falling from my head. I knew there were some of my hair falling but i had never checked. So now taht i am 20 i grew my hair and stopped styling them and I wore a ponytail everyday. And then it hit me...One time that i removed my hairband there were like 20 haire on it. I was shocked. That was one month ago. I became obsesed and i noticed how much hair i lose everyday. I run my fingers in my hair all the time and in 20 minutes imanged to coolect 50 hair just by doing that. I dont know if my shedding is normal or i am going bald. I dont believe my hair line is receding neither i have bald spots. But the shedding keeps happening and in my opinion its a bit more than normal. What do you think? Am i losing my hair or i just started to notice something normal? I am certenly losing my mind over it lol.
