HT options and safe doctors

Hi , im lowdensity guy ,

I am 30yrs old and have been suffering from low density and hair thinning , its been approximately 8 -10 years since i had hiar thinning but i never really gave it a serious thot and kept living my life , i just kept my diet clean which i believe slowed the process , i dont have any bald patch yet anywhere but my density have gone extremly low (i cant find any matching on norway scale for my condition ) hence im uploading my scalp picture . Last time i got checked i was told that DHT is the reason for my hair thinnning and hair loss .
Now i have 2 major questions in mind , infact 3 as im from India and can not afford geting HT done abroad

1) Which doctor to choose for HT in india
2) what if my new hair after HT also start to get thin and shredd off
3) will HT spoil my present hair or it has nothing to do with it .
