No, that gene on X is merely the first one that was identified to be implicated in MPB. Since quite a few more have been found and they are on others chromosomes. Don't take into account anything you have heard about genetics, it's mostly inaccurate stuff and oversimplifications, you won't be able to predict anything at all one way or the other. You are 17, you have a head full of hair, don't think about that you have better stuff to do I am sure. Cheers
