Why are my temples receding deeper and deeper

I'm finding it hard to believe that this is a mature hairline like everyone has suggested. My temples are receding deeper and there is thinning present. People are telling me not to worry but how can I not worry when I had a straight hairline less than a year ago?

I'm booked in to see my doctor who hopefully can then refer me to a dermatologist. However I have previously spoken to my doctor regarding hair loss and he was useless. He took one look at it from the other side of the room, told me it's due to stress and that it would grow back. Which is completely wrong as it's a receding hairline/ genetic loss. With the pictures I've provided can see you any miniaturisation, thinning present within my hairline?

That's the thing. There's literally none.. Both grandfather's and father didn't recede past their mature hairline. They all still have hair however there's one bald family member which was my great grandfather on my maternal grandmothers side. He was Norwood 6 so I'm becoming extremely paranoid that I'm taking after him. I'll also add that none of my family members experienced recession until late 20's yet I'm turning 20 soon.
