Default how to oily scalp (while wearing a wig) from inside? (nutrition, supplements)

Ever since I was 16 or so (started losing hair with 18) I've always had an oily scalp, especially my forehead (where to hairline has receeded about one inch), so the area where I tape down the front is completely bald and the oil loosens even the strongest tape after some days. Even multiple layers of acrylic scalp protector products don't solve this issue.

Apart from the tape not sticking to my forehead longer than 5 days (whilst I wanna achieve like 14 days of attachment), an oily forehead (and actually over-average oily rest of the scalp) is just annoying.

On Google and Youtube, I only found hacks that treat (non wig wearers) from the outside with special product. Of course, this isn't an option while I have my wig on.

So, what kind of nutrition, supplements, lifestyle etc. helps prevent my scalp from becoming so oily? I already avoid shampooing too often (like 1 in 3 days only). What I already noticed, is when I'm stressed and have to work night-shifts, it becomes worse. But in my current job, some night-shifts aren't avoidable. Am I right that extensive cardio workout leads to a better regulated skin in the end?

    What else?
