My hairline has changed shape
Someone please help!!
I'm 19 and my hairline has changed shape over the past couple of years. It's formed a small v shape/wide M and I'm scared it's going to recede further.
I Don't have a history of hair loss in my family apart from one relative and it looks as though I've drawn the short straw.
If I have inherited the balding gene, does the fact I have no other balding family members make it less severe? For example my dad and both granddads still have mature hairlines. Will I have taken some of their hair genetics as well?

Sometimes balding is just because of genetics while in other cases , person's health also affects hair. Your diet and mental health also effects your hair. If your dad and granddad still have mature hairline then it means you are loosing your hairs just because of your own health so just maintain your nutrition and improve your mental health. Don't take any depression. Your hair will be fine.
