Desperately need advice

Let's make this simple; am I balding or is this a case of Telegen Eflevium? I'm 23, severe stress and poor sleeping habits. No one is bald, on either my dad or mom's side. Six uncles on my Dad's and one on my Mom's. My grandpa died with a head full of hair on my Mom's side; don't know about my Dad's. I'm terrified but I need to accept and start treatment either way.
