My current hair loss (25M) - How much grafts estimate and where to go for transplant?

    Hi everyone!

I have been a lurker for a while.

Please see attached my current hair loss

How much grafts do you estimate I would need?

Live in the UK so can travel around europe and Turkey.

Who do you think would be the best surgeon perform my hair transplant? Btw I dont want to pay crazy UK prices :P

I dont want the same hairline I had when I was 15. Im looking merely to add hair to the balding/bald areas. I would be happy with a natural looking norwood 2

This kind of hair loss at 25, I'm sorry but HT would be a huge mistake, there is nothing you can do that would make any kind of sense. Accepting your situation is really your only option.

I don't want to say it ..... but honestly... there is no hope for that. The worse bad is that you even have a weak donor area

I almost never say this but maybe you should try shaving first and see how you feel before considering anything else.

Avoid surgery and look to non-surgical options. Medications, PRP, etc. or go for tricpigmentation to maintain the shaved look but with the illusion of a lot more hair than you actually have.

I agree. You have a very large balding area and very limited donor supply. Any HT result would be less aesthetically satisfying than just keeping it shaved, and I get the strong feeling that you can pull off the shaved head well. If you do wish to eliminate the appearance of balding, then, like Joe said, there is always scalp micropigmentation.
