What stage of hair loss am I at? What direction of hairstyles do I go?

Greetings ever since I can remember my hairline has never been straight not even as a child with this comes the frustration of when ever I would ask for a shape up my hair line would always fall as a V.

Now the past months I've been growing my hair out and now at the stage where I'm in much need of a cut but what direction do I take it in?

Also what NW am I at currently?
