Relax. While smoking does constrict the blood vessels of the body, to date, no doctor has shown proof (that I'm aware of) that smoking has killed a hair transplant You're fine and if your grafts haven't shed yet it may be due to you babying them too much. Contact your clinic and present them with your situation and your concerns and I'm sure they'll tell you to wash your hair vigorously and don't worry about hurting your grafts. At this point they are well seated and can't be damaged from simply hair washing.

That's actually word to word what my clinic said - wash vigorously and it'll either fall eventually or grow in 2-3 months and not to worry. But I was still worried because this is outside the norm
