Bleaching knots VS concealer - which is better?

When I buy Full Lace Wigs from AliExpress sellers, they come with unbleached knots. As my hair colour is dark, the knots are heavily visible. So I learned how to bleach them with (platinum blond) hair bleach which I let sit in (from the under-side of the lace) for 2x 45 minutes and carefully shampoo it out each time. Results are quite good with only a 1 or 2 mm of the actual hair effected.

However my hair gets tangling issues (as I wrote in a different thread), plus I read that the bleaching process isn't really good for the knots (maybe shedding etc...) Also the swiss lace itsself appears a little less smooth after that chemical process.

(I have a bright European/Caucasian skin and order "transparent" lace so far.)

Now, there are a lot a videos on youtube showing how to go without chemically bleaching the knots and using concealer of your skin tone + hairspray (from the under-side, of course), maybe repeat several times.

Who has experience with it. Does the concealer really stay in place when wearing the hairpiece all the time, working-out, showering and so on? (heading for a 14 days attachement). Or is the concealer thing a no-go if you plan on washing and shampooing the unit regularly?

Is that actually the way to go especially for the knots of synthetic dark hair which cannot be bleached?

Does the concealer have any special preferences or ingredients which are good for that purpose?

I use to have the same problem until my supplier came up with "invisible" knots which are single knots added with care and consciously at the front hair line.
