Help Need Opinions! Receding At 22!

Hey guys need opinions,
I recently found this website after doing a little research into hair loss. As far back as I can remember I've had alittle bit of recession on the right side of my head in the temple region. Recently I've noticed that my hairline on that side has also begin to thin a bit. In the past I often used do a combover hair style, using a lot of gel and brushing it back. Is it possible that it's traction alopecia? Or am I suffering from MPB. If so what can I do to stop it or maintain the hair the I do have. Do you suggest I see a dermatologist? Side note: my father is 55 with a little thinning but hair nonetheless. My grandfather on my dads side was balding however my grandfather on my mother side had a full head of hair however receded at the temples.
