This article was published in 2012: "Only 1 hair is seperating us from the cure for baldness!"

The same science review 5 years after: "Soon the end of white hair and baldness?"

But you also have these too:
I had already said what I think about these continuous miracle discoveries

Geeze, I bet we could go back as far as early 90s with articles that said generally the same thing. I've been lurking around all hairloss forums since before even the web was popular, in places like alt.baldspot news group. I've seen at least 30 different articles that state that we're close to a cure, many of which were in the "in 5 years" category. Here I am, over 25 years later, still bald, and still seeing the same exact articles, with just different studies and different scientists. I question why people even publish these articles, studies, etc. Releasing articles about being really close to curing cancer should be freakn illegal! If I feel this bad about hairloss, I can't even imagine the pain and frustration of cancer patients seeing the same shitty false hope articles.

I claim sometimes to be a healthcare professional and appreciate your enthusiasm......but since the 80's we have been teased by one finding after another. Maybe Japan will test this protein sooner than FDA would allow and it would do something.....I will wait.
