Default young 25 old male needs help :3

Hey there HairLoss started for me about 7 Years ago and now with 25 iam nearl in my final stage. The hair which is legt is think and not affected from hair loss but two procted them i take Fin 1,25mg daily and apply Minox 2 times a day, since 3 months. But I dont expect any regrwoth.

Iam a Nw5 with blonde hair the only benefit is that i have a small head so my Loss area is only 120cm² I guess this is a small aerea for my stage.

I am Heading for a Hair Transplant in 2 years and have to decide know if it will work or not because I ll have to save 800bucks a month.

So my Masterplan is a well defined Hairline and high destiny to the 1/3 part of the scalp. The crown should be covered with low to middle destiny.

So guys I need your help to tell me if this plan is able to be processed.

I have added some pictures they re all made this month. I draw in Hairline to tell the doctor my expections.
(1 picture head shaved went to shave all off...)

You will need 2-3 procedures, a good wallet and don't expect much density with that much area to cover. Being like this at 25 your MPB is very agressive so you can expect to potentially lose "safe zone" hair as well down the line.

Hm i had this status AS i was 23 too, no changes since. Donor is very good and meds in my site i dont run in to nw6 i guess.

Are you sure that 120cm2 needs three operations? I dont think so.

I planed 13000€ for the first FUT and then i will decide the next step.

Destiny istn that important for me if Hairline is well placed

Hairline below 50 graft per cm2 won't look good and no serious surgeon will limit the HT to your bald spot. You need to put some more around to account for further loss. Being stable for 2 years is nothing you can rely on especially that young. You are looking at 6000 grafts spread on at least 2 procedures. That's enough to most likely deplete your donor zone so you better be sure that further loss won't show on the sides in 5-10 years. You are right to get FUT for this kind of job.

Thanks for your reply once again. So you would judge this case as expensive but a an a makable job?

I also contacted H&W and they say I am a good candidate for an HT and want to make a FUT Strip with 4,5k Grafts in one session but they also say there need to do 1 more HT to Fill the crown.

For me it is important to get a clear yes: if meds stops the HT you can do it. Or a : no your balding is too Bad not possible to get a all over coverage (I dont mean a 100% destiny).

I need to save a lot of money for this and dont want to save It for an undoable thing.

    Much greetings

That is VERY agressive. You have my sympathy.

    Go to https://www.medicalwellnesscenter.com/

Get Progesterone, topical Finasteride, and 30% Minoxidil. You need to start treating this ASAP.

It's probably not too late for your diffuse areas, which have terminal hair. Would recommend you

    1. Get Dutasteride. My baldness is not as agressive, otherwise I would use that.

    2. Get Murray Avenue (from medical wellness center) script. Susan does a great job. Try to get .5% Progesterone,
if possible. Would highly recommend it.

Good luck. Having that at a young age is never easy (at any age, really.).

Dude you've got seriously aggressive hair loss to be that advanced at 25. If I was you, I would look into getting a hair system. No surgery, no side effects, totally reversible and best of all you'll get the perfect hair you truly want. A transplant will still look thin and crappy, especially in your crown where they usually dont cover as much with new grafts. Not to mention you'll need multiple surgeries costing tens of thousands each time! That a lot of money to still look like a balding guy. Hair systems are an awesome option if you can deal with the maintenance and be open about the fact that you're wearing one. I personally have never used one so Im not speaking from experience, just from information that Ive read about and seen. Heres a video of one of the best results ive ever seen from a hair system.

Hair System is no Option for me. The 15000 euros for a Hairtransplant is not the Problem, i can earn it in 2 years.

For me a hair transplant is still an Option because my donor isnt thinning. And there is no extend hair loss anymore.

I think that I am on my Final Stage and dont hit NW6

If this status maintain i would like a Hair Transplant.

Here is an example of the nw5 treatment of my prfered surgeon

I am open for any further answers, AS well if you dont agree with me id like to hear from you
