dutasteride Working ??

Hi guys I've recently switched from finasteride to dutasteride after a few years of no improvement on finasteride

Now after a few months a dutasteride
I've noticed prickly short hairs popping up in and around my crown area where i was mainly thinning .
I can feel these when gently running my fingers around my crown
Anyone experienced these spiky hairs in the area where they were thinning
And do u think it's actually a good sign?
When I look in the mirror I think there's very slight approvement appearance wise but it's only been few months on dutasteride
