I don't think this has anything to do with being a "second shed" from Propecia (if that is what you were getting at). inflammation and hair sheds sometimes go hand in hand so it comes down to the overall health of your scalp or from your nutrition. You should see a dermatologist to have your scalp checked out but if your hair thinned in one day then may come back. in fact, I'd count on it so be patient. Nizoral shampoo can help to keep your scalp healthy. I use it about twice a week myself and combined with a low carb, low sugar diet I don't get any scalp irritations (I used to at various times).
