ok 1 last question. u seem knowledgable and i appreciate your help btw ;D. do you know ifa second shed on fin is normal? my hair felt thicker and stronger etc no regrowth just solid, and last week for about a day my scalp felt inflammed and irritated out of nowhere and i thinned out more but it seems to have stopped. is that common and means its working and will bounce back? or is it nothing?

I don't think this has anything to do with being a "second shed" from Propecia (if that is what you were getting at). inflammation and hair sheds sometimes go hand in hand so it comes down to the overall health of your scalp or from your nutrition. You should see a dermatologist to have your scalp checked out but if your hair thinned in one day then may come back. in fact, I'd count on it so be patient.
