What type of balding is this? (Pics)

What type of balding is this?

Please tell me it's telogen effluvium! I don't have any signs of a receding hairline nor do I have a balding crown, although I do have a sparse crown but it's always been like that. Long story short, I signed up for school wrestling during junior year and season ended in February. In august/September of 2016 my barber told me that my hair is falling out and ever since then I've been worrying and checking in the mirror. It's now April 2017 and my hair is still shedding in intervals. When I wrestled or practiced for those three hours I did, I rarely ate proper post workout which is what I believe triggered what I assume is Telogen Effluvium. My eating habits after said three hour workouts was just a Naked protein drink whenever I could get one -> 2 or 3 days out of 5, and some meat when I went home. If there was no meat I would not eat. My weight went from 180 to 160 as well. Below are pictures, please tell me what this is. I've been to my doctor and she states that balding at my age, 17, is rare. I turned 18 last week. She states that I'm overthinking it and it is most likely telogen effluvium. I know this site is definitely not the best place to ask but I need some type of reassurance that it might be, or if it's not, an idea of what it could be.

The one where my scalp shows the most is right after showering. When I comb my hair and style it, it doesn't even look like I've suffered/or am suffering from any hair loss. The rest of the pictures are of my hair dry.

Very slight diffuse thinning. If you're over 30 it's still a great head of hair. Oh I see you're 17 - that's not so good. Minoxidil worth a look.

What type of hair loss is this? I don't believe it's balding. Could you let me know?

You might be experiencing the start of male pattern balding. It's tough to say without having clear evidence of any changes. You still have an awesome head of hair and I think you should just enjoy it and stop worrying.

Doesn't diffuse thinning mean telogen effluvium?

It just seems as beginning of pattern balding, it is natural to loss some hair because of age factor. Accept it and don't worry much.

No. Diffuse thinning is one common male balding pattern and in some men it can occur without any actual recession at the front. It's your fifth photo where it is most visible.

Thing is I'd believe this but it's like thinning at the parts .-., and my doctor said it's TE so I'm even more conflicted lmaooo, and when the hairs do fall out the telogen bulbs are present so..

I guess I'll just ride this out and figure it out myself because I do have a strong feeling, given even my doctors diagnosis, that it's TE.

Thank you lot for your input though
