Why would you add finasteride to dutasteride? Just take dut once per day (0.5mg). It does a better job at blocking DHT than finasteride. If you're getting side effects from dut, try 2 - 3 times per week.

Ya ditch the fin if you are getting on dut, you don't need it anymore.

0.7mg/week of dut is about equivalent to 5mg fin per day so if you want a step up from fin in terms of DHT reduction try starting with dut every 3rd day.
