    Age 17, am I going bald/thinning?!

So just got a buzz cut and realized that my templates seem'd to be thinner than usual. Can anyone please give their input? Am I receding/thinning?

FYI: My dad is bald, a few of his brothers aren't. On my mothers side; most men still have good hair at the age of 40+.

Also forgot to mention, got a lineup by my barber which kind of messed up my hairline. It is usually straight.

    Thanks!

HELLO Danylq! Welcome to this great forum, The BTT!
Danylq, your hairline looks GOOD based on that one photo.

It does not look like hairloss as yet.

Could you show us more photos of your scalp?
Of course, you do NOT need to show your face on here.
      Again, your hair looks good.

        Hello. Thanks for the response.

By scalp, I presume you mean this area?

As previously mentioned, I specifically asked my barber to ''rounden'' my hairline, but didn't know it'd turn out like this. It has been straight [Check my gyazo-link]

I am slightly worried since my forehead seems to be ''long'', or how I can describe it. It's been that way since I was young, though.

Good to hear back from you Danylq!
(I have to go to work soon)
What you might only have is a maturing hairline, not hairloss.
You must accept it for what it is for right now.
Worry and stress can and would cause hairloss.
          Depression could do that too.

Keep in mind that because you are only 17 years old right now, you do not yet have 100% foresight.
          You will in your mid-20s!
This is not a criticism to you, I am trying to help you.
Again, your hair looks good bro!!
          Cheers to you.

Thanks alot, my friend. I have been very sad lately, and almost depressed. It feels like when one problem is out of the way, another one occurs.

Looks fine dude just keep an eye on it.

In this picture ---> http://imgur.com/KyKXmqX your temple area looks thinner/lighter than the rest, but it could just be the lighting.

If you think it is getting worse come back and ask questions about potential treatments etc

Hey, my barber did a ''lineup'' which made him remove the temple area ish, but that's what has had me worried lately..

have a look at this; imgur.com/a/ROf7G

Are there any ''solutions'' or treatments or am I f*cked?

Looks fine man, you are already ahead of the game since you are on top of things...just keep an eye on it. There are def options if you act early, but I wouldn't say you are at a point where you have to worry
