i started noticing that my front is getting thinner, it's obviously going to receed if i don't do anything about it.
so, i went to another dermatologist, and got prescribed minox 5% for 6 months.
it's not like anyone knows anything about DUPA i wasn't expecting much.
the doctor who wrote about it in the litterature says that 50% of DUPA sufferers can be helped with finasteride.
so here i am, i just took my first 0.25 mg of finasteride, let's see if i tolerate well this drug, if so i'm planning to get to 0.5 mg.
i got to a point where i prefer dying to losing my hair, might as well try finasteride before killing myself, it might save my hair and life !
i'm ready to add minox later if fin alone couldn't help.
i'm using a sulfate free shampoo with silica as active ingredient, perscribed by my dermatologist.
