What is the best way of applying liquid minoxidil when having long hair/short hair
Hee everybody,
I recently started using minoxidil and I am wondering what is the best way to apply liquid minoxidil (specifically liquid since it is cheaper).
Using a pipet/dropper works fine when having short hair and probably long hair (or am I wrong?), but takes quite some time to complete when the whole top of your head is slowly getting bald.
I have seen a solution called the Hydrobrush, but that thing looks like its going to make things messy as ****.
And what about massaging in the minoxidil... that is also a pain since you get the minoxidil everywhere in your hair.
Does any of you have some good tips?
Cheers

try using a 1mL blunt syringe... i ordered a 10pack and i'm going to try using those instead of the dropper that comes with lipogaine since it's a pain in the ass as my hair is long. i'm also going to try out the hydrobrush. looks like these 2 options are the best.

Hey sts9!
I have decided that I want to try to design and produce a better alternative to the hydrobrush. Do you have any improvements in mind?
Cheers

unfortunately i do not. i don't know how well the hydrobrush works considering people have said the minoxidil clogs up the holes and the mL goes all the way up to 60... i'm definitely not putting my entire lipogaine bottle in the comb that's for sure haha.
try just using a 1mL blunt syringe for now for preciseness if your hair is long and thick but thinning

yeah I heard the same thing haha... look like a pretty shitty thing to me!
What is the main reason that you are going to try the hydrobrush?
Is that an issue you only experience with long hair?

i thought about getting the hydrobrush but after reading a lot of reviews i decided not to. doesn't seem promising. instead i am now using a 1mL blunt syringe instead of the dropper that comes with the lipogaine bottle since it's WAY more precise to apply the liquid and it gets directly onto the scalp. the dropper is just not possible with long hair, it only works on my crown which needs the most recovery, but for the top of my head the syringe works so well.
