Flax Seed Oil may cause Hair Loss, what do you think?

A lot of people find flax seed/ flax seed oil and fish oil cause their hair loss?

I've never heard of this, and a quick google search shows that there tends to be a lot more evidence that it's actually good for your hair as opposed to actually causing hair loss.

With anything like this, I suppose it's really up to the individual to decide what's working for you and what isn't. I have a friend who is allergic to flax, for example, so she avoids it. It doesn't mean flax is bad for everyone, just for her. If you think it's contributing to your hair loss, stop taking it for a few months and see if you notice a difference. But based on what I understand about it, I don't think it's likely that it causes hair loss.

The lignans in flaxseed may decrease hair loss. MAY.

Flax seed oil, purified? Dunno. I think it's medically pretty useless and would use algal or fish oil instead, though.
