I take dutasteride and suffers only from decreased in libido. I have know problem in masturbating.... I have no problem in having sex with my girl friend... my libido gets increased during sex. I believe those who exaggerate the side effects of fin or dut, they should become a porn star. Misinformation spread by them desist many young boys from treating their hair loss. This is shameful....

I'm a Norwood 3 who has stabilised their losses on propecia, why would I wait? Again, you just want people to suffer like you have. Pathetic.

3600 grafts for the entire frontal third. I've stabilised on propecia in the last four months. If I lose the back I can always get a hairpiece for the crown and I'll still have another 3000 grafts for the mid section. You're so jealous it's ridiculous.

Toppik, another transplant, a hairpiece, and SMP. There are a million other options. What a pathetic person that you WANT my transplant to fail.

You'll still be and old and bald loser probably with a lower income than me at twice my age and not having any sex. You're the one who needs therapy if you're happy being bald and telling others to embrace baldness like yourself and become an ugly loser. You want everyone to be like you and be bald because you know you failed in life and are miserable about your hair loss.
If you have 50k in savings why oh why are you going Turkey for a hair transplant? Unless you live nearby this is unacceptable. I've personally known people who have been butchered in Turkey. You know who they are. If it is too late and you absolutely must go there you should only do it under the condition that it is split into two sessions and that the surgeon implants all the grafts, not the techs. Believe me if they mess you up there is no recourse when you are half way around the world, they will just ignore you (this happened to someone I know they had terrible yield and needed a fix up with a top doc). If you can, just go to a top doc in Europe or North America.

Anyway I started fin again. I was taking 1.25mg a day because I am using Proscar cut into 4ths. Or I should say that I was. Now I'm cutting the fourths down agains so I'm taking. .5-.6 MG a day so half an MG. You suggested . 25mg a day but I thought why not try .5 first (half of what I was taking) and see if sides happens. If they do then I could cut to .25. If sides are still happening well fin isn't for me. What do you think? Is it dangerous for me to even try .5mg? I know I suffered no "permanent sides" before, but it's still always scary to try it again. What are the odds...

Well you have tried all the remedies....then focus on diet. Diet so much more important than can be explained here. Do this:
    1. Avoid SSRI antidepressants that cause hairloss, 2. Take Calcium and Magnesium supplements or from food sources. 3. Stay off of Soy 4. Watch out for BPA in plastics that are estrogenic 5. Take low does of progesterone, topically might work for absorption, ultimately should help 6. Make sure your thyroid is normal, 7. Take Aspirin 8. Take Vit E 3 times a week 9. Pass on Melatonin supplements 10. Drink milk/yougurt 11. Eat meat 12. Drink coffee. 13. Get adequate sleep. 14. Stress is bad so avoid if at all possible. 15. Limit alcohol!

All of the above are traits of good health that prevent oxidation and fibrosis of the organs. Make sure none of the recommendations are against medical recommendations, ie, aspirin. Use recommended doses. I take Vit E Mixed Tocopherols 400u 2-3 times a week but a very key ingredient to health, longevity and prevention of destructive scenarios, ie, fibrosis.

The idea here is to avoid inflammation and fibrosis in the body....Estrogen is the culprit in many progressive diseases. If you drink alcohol a lot then you are preventing the excretion of Estrogen in the body. I have given you some healthy diet suggestions that affect the whole body and that means hair too. Of course no one will say this will reverse or prevent baldness but may help you to keep it and to prevent disease. My suggestions have strong medical studies behind them but take supplements in recommended doses. I take Trader Joes Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supplement plus natural sources of Calcium. Calcium gets a bad rap but is an important supplement to good health.

Good health is not emphasized enough and the principles here are for life. Higher levels of Estrogen are associated with aging. Estrogen should be limited and some of the methods I mention above will reduce Estrogen levels or increase Progesterone that can negate some harmful effects of Estrogen. Progesterone is the good hormone.
