You're kidding, right? Even though the first pic is blurry you can clearly tell he has male pattern Baldness.
He should still go see a dermatologist first

Actually, it would be better if he could sent better pictures.
We all have to see exactly how it looks in order to be able to respond more.
Nobody here should make assumptions .

I have been to a doctor. He said there is some thinning and there is nothing I can do about it, because it happens to everyone.

I'm not sure what a good photo would be.

GutsBerserk HELLO again!!
Thanks for sharing another photo !
It seems like just a maturing hairline.
Of course none of us can know for sure.
Take those over-the-counter meds .
And never allow yourself to become worried or stressed-out over your hair or anything else in your life.
I'm so glad to be connected with you

Hi I do think doctors not all but some do not take it serious that saying to you it happens to everyone not very helpful there are as we no minoxidil which for me the 5% foam is the best and also propecia which is finasteride 1mg a day and these are not cures by the way but better than anything we have at this time.
So if you can get 5mg proscar and cut it into four or as I do cut mine in hale and use every other day which works out just over 7 mgs a week this works for me.
I myself am lucky as my gp in uk lets me have proscar 5mgs on script as I starting in my 30s.
As to where you can buy anywhere in uk should be safe and proscar would be cheaper as to overseas buying online without a script its a gamble with your health as you do not know if its a scam lookalike pill and its ingredients maybe harmful.
I say this as counterfeit are so good in drugs online so be very carefull as unless you can get overseas drugs tested it is a gamble even if the drug is cheaper.

I forgot have you tried Lloyds chemist online or boots uk to see the price you could try emailing spex in uk who has the radio show with spencer his email address is support@spexhair.com as he can offer proscar I think but contact him first.
You could also see one of your gps and explain you want to use a small dose ie: cut up the proscar and take 1mg of that a day he may let you have it.

It would be helpful to you if you post more photos, showing your temples from the side too.

Thanks i emailed spec and he refereed me to another guy who offered to sell that was quite cheap but you had to buy in bulk. I worried I might have side effects so I don't want to buy in bulk first.
Lloyds and boots I saw the price and it was quite steep... I think one tried to charge £8 a week lol.. Which tbh I would buy if I had a career and not a student lol.
