17 year old, started loosing hair at 16, HELP!

Hi, I started loosing my hair at 16 and have now been using minoxidil for 9 months I've had results but the hairs that are growing are thin, weak and seem to shed easily. They are the same color as mine but are only around an inch to 2 inches long. I was wondering if there would be anything to use to make them grow into full terminal hairs? The hairs are on my hairline and go back around 2 inches into my scalp

I've been using minoxidil for 2.5 years and those miniaturized hairs is all i got in addition to slowing down my hairloss, but I do lose a lot of them in the morning when I wash of the minoxidil residue.

Would there be anything to use to grow them into full hairs again? Like the laser comb for example but I'm not wanting to fork out 150 quid for something that at best has mixed success...

I'm not sure you can turn them into terminal hair, but you could try using a Derma Roller before you apply minoxidil. Do some research on that. the comb works for some and not for others. I'd say the the only way to tell is if you try it yourself. A lot of people here will just dismiss it as BS.
