25 year old male, am i balding?

Can anyone tell me if i am balding based on these photos? Ive always had a high hairline but this is different its located above the hairline. My dad is 57 and has full hair my mom is 50 and has full hair. All her brothers have hair even though some of them have high hairlines. Also i counted 17 gray hairs last month.
