thinking of hairtransplant

hi I'm 38 and looking into fue hair transplant any opinions are welcome,on one of the pictures I'm 30 and on the other one 38 would it be possible have the hair of when I was 30? at 32 that's when my hair fell more and stayed like in the picture on the right up to right now
