whats wrong with my hair?

I have no receding hairline nor any hair falling out when i comb or brush my hair

but ever since using the straightener for years and years excessively i have noticed this just recently...



this is when my hair is flat down, looks fine, right?

Now when i spike it up



am i diffuse balding? what gives
