He didn't have a good donor area, and I think he had too many transplants.
Hair transplants usually turn out good for most people. But I think there comes
a time when you have to say enough is enough. Don't think Trump did that.
His hair density is evenly distributed. The problem is it's very bad, from
all sections in his scalp (equally bad). It's his real hair. He just has bad
density at this point.
