want a diagnosis

Hi everyone,
I noticed I was losing my hair about a year ago, but I didn't panic. Now it is getting very thing. I have asked my dermatologist for help, but she chalks it up to my autoimmune disease. I am also taking drugs that are connected to hair loss. I would like to get a diagnosis of the cause, so I know what to expect. Any feedback you could give me and any idea of the cost. Thanks, Ellenj
