My story please read I need help

Okay so I'm 19 year old (20 in 2 months) male from Serbia. Didn't really get much help from ************ forum so now I came here.

I've had hairloss issues since I was I would say 16-17 so perhaps 2,5-3 years. Pretty weird at such a young age that hairloss started. Anyways I always wore my hair a bit longish something like justib Bieber when his hair was longer. I paid attention and saw that my hair started to fall out stressed out and left it alone. 1 year ago i became very concious about it since my hair is important to me as I always wore it long and I just think that short hair doesn't suit me.

My hair falls out so easily I mean I just pull it with little force and it goes out. It's insane. Hair that falls out almost always has a white bulb attached and sometimes even some kind of a cloth around it. I went to derm a couple of month ago to see whats going on since my hairloss was pretty much non stop for the last 2,5 years. On the street, no one could tell that I suffer from hairloss mainly because that I wear my hair over my forehead, and when I told my parents that I think I'm balding they just laughed at me. But my hair felt different to me and I am sure that I lost density.

Anyways when I came to my derm he just took a pinch of hairs pulled and like 7-8 called out. Later on I found out that that was that pull test ( at least I think so ). The conclusion of my examination is that I have chronic CTE ( chronic telogen effluvium )
since I am loosing my hairs from the back of my head and side as well, mixed with the start of MPB. Basically, CTE is making my hairloss that could maybe be a mild one way more agressive since it makes hair cycle faster. So I needed to stop CTE first and then try to fight MPB. I've done blood tests and my iron was pretty low (normal is 11 I had 13) so was my ferritin. My thyroid was fine. I started taking iron supplements and multivitamins for my body in whole and started eating way more fruit and veggies.

Anyways, things are still the same. I am loosing hair as always which means I didn't really affected the trigger that activated CTE. So now I don't know what to do. What should I try? I really dont know what the trigger is so I hoped that someone here could help me out. The vitamin thing is going on for 2,5 months and so far 0 improvement. I just wish my my hair stops falling out.

Also, I've been using my 2% minox every day once a day on my hairline for 2,5 months now and It has made small hairs grow out but also made my hairline thinner than it used to be. But thats a whole new story.

If anyone could help me out that has similar problem, or knows anything I would be grateful.

P.S. Sorry for my English, it's not my native language.

Hey man! I'm sorry about all that. I don't think I'm qualified to answer being that I know nothing about CTE, but I feel bad when there are Doctors on here who are experts and can help. I'd suggest posting in a different area of the forums or checking out "Hair Restoration Network" and posting there as well.

      Don't ever give up!

Thanks for responding! I just need someone to give me a little more info about what I have since there is basically nothing about in on the internet. Really don't know what to do. Believe me having hairloss is one thing, but seeing your hair fall out every time I comb or just fiddle with it is whole new level of stress. Anyways, thank you for responding one more time.

Sorry that you are going through this. Many men do. It's a part of life. You didn't post a pic, so have no idea of what your hair looks like.

Many men buzz it short or shave it.

Can you grow any decent facial hair? That sometimes provide balance.

Most important this... STOP FREAKING OUT!

You don't have a disease.... you are just dealing with an issue that almost EVERY man, and some women deal with at some time in their life.
