if a hair is accidentally pulled out?
If you rub your fingers through your hair and a hair gets caught in your nail and you accidentally pull it.out then would that cause damage or will the hair be permanently pulled and will not grow back will it grow back the same?

Probably not.
Usually traction alopecia is caused by something else pulling the hair. Traction
Alopecia takes time. It's not an instant thing.
Long hair doesn't cause anyone to lose their hair. But lets say you have a TIGHT
man bun. So tight, it pulls the sides, front and back. Eventually, over time, the hair
will permanently fall out. And it won't grow back either.
