Is 0.25mg Finasteride best for MODERATE DHT reduction?

Hey guys

I'm currently on 0.5mg fin. My situation is not extremely severe, and I was curious what type of DHT reduction level wise would occur if I was to take 0.25mg instead of .5. I'm big on bodybuilding and want SOME DHT to remain. I know that .5 doesn't reduce as much as the full dose, but I was curious about what .25 would do. Thanks
