Does Anyone Know If Excessive Sebum Production Reduces The Effectiveness Of Minoxidil

When I say "excessive sebum production", I mean I can wash my head and after a couple of hours it looks like I slathered it with olive oil. But don't get the wrong idea here, I always wash my scalp before putting on Minoxidil. My concern is the sebum that's produced after I was wash my scalp and apply minoxidil.
