Looks pretty normal to me but i know those things that are said to us as kids can really stick with us..

Take Finasteride and Minoxidil. Put the Minoxidil foam on your hairline and vertex twice daily. It will make your hair grow faster.

It sucks, believe me I know. My hair is the same way.

If you really want to grow it fast, use medication, but use PRP therapy (Platelett Rich Plasma).

Your head isn't as weird shaped as mine is, but I know the feeling. Balding sucks, it just does.

What treatments are you using? There are some good topical treatments and there is always Propecia. I really don't like using a drug everyday and recently i quit but if i get desperate I might go back on in micro doses or try it in a topical. Either way its poison but its the only thing that puts a pause in hair loss.
