Is Finasteride from HealthWarehouse 100% identical to other pharmacies?

I am a little over a month of taking 1mg fin every day for mpb, and the only side effect I noticed was a little watery semen. I still am shedding a good amount, and see no real difference since taking the drug.

Because of cost purposes, I filled my prescription at HealthWarehouse. Apparently, they are approved in different aspects and their website looks legit, but could it be possible that the drug is less effective or has less of the active ingredient?
