Ok it had been 11 days monday since the last time I fapped, then I broke the ice and did it once tuesday and then once wednesday and then skipped a day and now once earlier. Why does this bother me so much I know its making my hair worse but yet its a bad habit and some of you guys say it has no effect but it does...doing it tjose times probably boosted my testosterone levels and now the free t is being converted..its screwing me over bad, anyone know how to lower your sex drive?
