This 34 year old gentleman came to me with a receding hairline, similar to a class 3. He was looking to rebuild and strengthen his hairline, but to be conservative. The goal was also to make sure that it was age appropriate for him now and one that would look good as he continued to age. Patient wanted to be able to comb his hair back without any detection of scalp showing in the frontal 1/3 of his head. It was also explained to him that there was a possibility that he could lose more of his own hair down the road and would possibly need another session if it thinned more. This is his result at the 7 and 9 month point after receiving 3,264 grafts. There should be more improvement over the next 4-6 months.
