Cowlick idk man

Hi I was just wondering if my cowlick is normal or it looks like thinning, I actually took a photo about a year ago and it looked quite the same but I didn't bother asking for anyone's opinion. One photo is under harsh light and the second under normal light. Maternal grandfather had full head of hair basically and I am unsure about paternal, also my dad is not bald.

Also try to ignore the fact that the top is uneven everywhere, I tried to give myself a haircut for the first time to save money and I didn't do a great job haha

It's big and a bit closer to the middle of the top of the head than usual but otherwise normal.
