When will replicel or histogen be around? And can it regrow hairs that are permanently gone?

In the US, it's supposed to have funding and their supposedly starting FDA trials. But that could mean a
decade away.
Wouldn't count on Histogen being available in the US soon. (There threads here on that same subject,
as far back as 2011).
The FDA first has to trial the drug for safety. There's a rumor of some side effects, but
I don't want to speculate here, as I don't fully understand these.
