started 5 days ago. i would lightly grab my hair and lose 3 hairs. 20-30 hairs lost a day

no recession of hairline

should i get on fin or minoxidil?

It actually started 22 years ago and it is quite normal.

The average person loses around 100 hairs a day, so it doesn't seem like anything out of the ordinary is happening here. Not only that, but hairs have cycles and it's completely normal to go through "shedding" phases and we have more hair fall than normal. Nothing to worry about here based on what you've described.
