Today we'd like to share a new video result from Dr. Lupanzula and his team at MeDiKemos Clinic in Brussels.

The case below is the result of transplanting 3095 follicular units via FUE technique.
Dr. Lupanzula scored and extracted each of the follicular units himself with manual hand held sharp punches.
Please also note that the result shown is just at the 7th post-operative month.

Also in this video we are using high definition video shot with our Nikon DSLR camera.

The hairline and entire frontal zone are thoroughly combed through to allow you to have a detailed inspection.

[PATIENT'S BACKGROUND

- Age: 41 y.o.
- NW: IVa
- Treatments before the procedure: Minoxidil 5%, twice per day; Finasteride 1mg, once per day, during 9 months
- Treatments after the procedure: None

- Donor area density:
- 90 FUs/cm2 in the occipital region
- 80 FUs/cm2 in the parietal region
- 70 FUs/cm2 in the temporal region

- Donor capacity: ~8500 FUs
- Recipient area surface: ~60 cm2


RECOMMENDED PLAN & TREATMENT

A 2800-3200 FUs procedure with FUE technique with the purpose of restoring patient's hairline and frontal area.
