    You're 20 years old--way too much hair and way too young to even think about a transplant.

    So you're choices are exactly the same as every other guy in your situation:

    1). Do nothing. Wait and see, because time will tell.

    2). Start Propecia and/or Minox-- but that might make things a lot worse before anything gets better-- and it might not get better. So do the research and understand the risks before starting.

    3). Look in to vitamin supplements and make sure you are taking care of yourself-- eating right, keeping stress to a minimum. Exercising. Living a healthy lifestyle.

    That's about it--there's no such thing as a crystal ball so the reality is you're just going to have to see what the future brings. Just like everyone else. Don't let your hair situation rob you of the enjoyment of this time of your life. Because if you let it, it can poison your entire existence.
