23 years old hairloss help (with pics)

    Hi,
Firstly, I would like to thank all of you for creating this community to help everyone out with their biggest fear in today's world which happens to be hair loss.

To share my story, I always had lovely long thick hair that were so hard to manage because of its waviness but things changed in Winter 2014 during my exam period where i saw bunch of hair on my pillow case every night. I was shocked, surprised, and upset. However, i didnt give it much attention as I still had alot of hair. Then as the next year (2015) progressed, I could tell the thickness wasn't there anymore. In the meanwhile, I also got the worst thing possible which is sebborheic dermatitis, itchy, flaky, oily scalp. I have a strong feeling this came into play as I got more into working out and eating junk everyday. I was only 130 lbs when i started lifting at 6 feet then rapidly put on size and went up to 165-170s within 2 years. Do you think autoimmune disease which lead to sebb dermatitis could have had an impact on my hair loss? Recently I got my blood work done and was found that my ferretin was really low like 17 when the range is 25-200 as well as my B12 which was 114 when it should be above 200-1000. Thus, I am cyrrently taking supplements to help with that. I read that low ferretin and B12 may put hair in telogen effluvium phase is that true?
If you all think I just need to start Rogaine to keep my hair please let me know.
I know its not bad as some unfortunate men here but I need your help to save mine.

    Thank you so much,

    Best Regards,
    -W
